Hi guys, As some of you might know, next to the two Us metaservers, a third metaserver has been running for more than 4.5 years at metaserver.eu.netrek.org. Now the time has come to bring that metaserver down. Several reasons: - There are hardly any Europeans that play Netrek any more. - There are no European pickup servers with regular T-mode. - The link with the US is quite good, so latency to the US metaservers is acceptable. - Consequently, I don't want to put time in a service that is not really of use (any more). So, metaserver.eu.netrek.org is down as of last night.
