Not that I'm aware of. There are two server variants, Vanilla and Paradise. Vanilla used to be just Netrek. Paradise was a fork. Vanilla was so named after the fork. Vanilla is actively developed, but I don't think Paradise is. Paradise went where not everyone wanted to go, but we were able to copy certain changes from it into Vanilla after a while. I haven't seen any recent Paradise development, and I'd rather not promote that variant by mentioning it in a Vanilla package description. All this should be peripheral to whether a Mandrake user chooses to install the package. Unless you are also packaging Paradise, I think you should name the package netrek-server or netrek-vanilla not just vanilla. In the case of the Netrek clients, there is active development in the many forks. For them I would name the packages netrek-cow, netrek-brmh and so forth. -- James Cameron mailto:quozl at us.netrek.org http://quozl.netrek.org/
