Did a quick update to 0.4 -- This just adds in planet detail info. (Shows armies, fuel/repair/etc.). You can get a detail view on a planet by left clicking on it in the radar, or shift-left clicking on it in the local view. Refit and plasma will hopefully be upcoming this weekend.
