Hi, Added some toggle switches to turn on/off some AI that I added into Hadley's robots that are used in Newbie servers. Both modes are off by default now, whereas before they were hardcoded in and always on. hcr - toggle the assumption that humans carry ogh - oggy happy mode. Changes to ogg mode while bombing if a carrier is nearby. These use the global variables ogg_happy and hm_cr found in data.h.
