No, but a few hours a year of downtime, even a couple of days per year of downtime, aren't doing a whole lot of harm, either. I really think 99% (<3.65 days/year downtime) is adequate for our uses; I think that this is a KISS scenario. --akb ps: it appears the dev wiki is restored.
