This logo seems okay, but I'd like to see some other designs. I'm sure that we have some people with graphic design skill (not me!), or folks who know other graphic designers. My major issue with this logo is that it combines what's quite distinctly a Star Trek communicator shape with the "TREK" part of netrek highlighted. That means copyright infringement, thus I do not consider this logo usable. Thank you for the effort in trying to get a new logo designed, though. It's been a while since we've had a decent logo, so it'd be nice to have one that we can freely use without any concerns.
