Thank you for your problem report.  The problem you experienced was:

	Tried to write 5, 0x247f460, 12
	write: The socket is not connected
	gwrite failed.
	Whoops!  We've been ghostbusted!
	Pray for a miracle!
	Waiting for connection (port 11687)

This can have multiple causes.  The most common causes are firewall
software, firewall hardware, network address translation gateways, and
ISP filtering.

Things you could try;

- try the Netrek XP client,
- add the "portSwap: true" line to netrekrc,
- turn off UDP in netrekrc,
- configure your firewall to allow UDP packets,

Hopefully someone else will have some ideas too.  I don't do Windows.
