This patch modifies ntserv/getentry.c to not allow players with "robot!" loginname. It's a temporary fix, until we can write code in to ID newbie and basepractise robots using the PFBPROBOT flag. Also need to re-write newbie.c and various robotd/* code to use this flag, once the flag is implemented. Also modifies docs/sample_ports to only allow 127.0.0.1 connections into 3592 so only localhost robots can join the newbie game.
