What I wrote is old news. 

I tried your latest greatest when all the repos were
re-synced together. 

And, everything works, no need to type make twice. 

However, there *might* still be a bug in the configure
script that is generated by autogen.sh IF you have
mp.h libraries installed. 

I don't, and so I can't really test this.
