You can find mine at: http://netrek.org/files/COW/netrek-client-cow_3.2.7-0_i386.deb or http://netrek.org/files/COW/netrek-client-cow_3.2.7-0_amd64.deb and I have tested the i386 one on Ubuntu Hardy and it works.
