I went through the entire archive to look for interesting/useful things, here are the highlights I found, to save anyone else the trouble of digging. \netrek-archive\archive-for-ahn\137.203.190.5\netrek-pointing.mpg What is this?? \netrek-archive\archive-for-ahn\amigatrek\Netrek.guide Quite a collection of old posts and guides in this file \netrek-archive\archive-for-ahn\ftp.cise.ufl.edu \cise\ftp-pub\staff\thoth\paradise\www-docs Shame all of these are empty..interesting file names \netrek-archive\archive-for-ahn\ftp.ibr.cs.tu-bs.de \obsolete\games\netrek\netrekbiff.tar.gz Early version of t-mode monitor program \netrek-archive\archive-for-ahn\ftp.uu.net\9\control\rec\rec.games.netrek.Z Founding of rec.games.netrek \netrek-archive\archive-for-ahn\ptsg.eecs.berkeley.edu\pub\peterm\netrek Code for an escort statistic \netrek-archive\archive-for-ahn\www.cfm.brown.edu\grad\rbb\Netrek Hockey patches \netrek-archive\archive-for-ahn\lib_ship-David_Collins.zip Now this one has me puzzled. These ship bitmaps are very similiar to the ones Pascal made for Netrek XP 2006, however they are much lower quality. Who made these and why? \netrek-archive\archive-for-ahn\shiplib-PaweÅ%82_Adamski.rar Now this one is as weird. Someone took Pascal's bitmaps and replaced a few of them with ugly looking ships...
