Please dont do this; your last mod with w q 32 was a real barn broadsider :-) Ideally you want observers to be a position to coach, so they need to be in the same time frame. On pickup servers the rules are different, but you want to still to be able to do the same kind of good coaching. Sending messages after a minute's delay wont have the same meaning. Also what do you propose to display for the delayed minute it takes to shift the observers to the appropriate sync slot? For a real time game, this is a faux pas. Have you seen the chess server source code lately? :-)
