Thanks.  Actually, I now vaguely remember reading about Arch a while
back.  Anyway, the proposal to move away from CVS was due mainly to
security and maintenance issues and not any real dissatisfaction with
CVS's functionality.  While Arch appears to have some nice features
superior to SV, the ability to import (and preserve) a CVS repository
into SV is a big plus.  Plus, the main benefit of Arch (decentralized
repo) isn't that useful to us anyway considering that we have a very
small development group.

I would still prefer SV over Arch, but I don't feel that strongly about
it, so whatever you want to do is fine with me.
