Oh tested them out, 

It looks like Hadley's robots do have code that will
track armies well, even without the PFORBIT flag. But
you have to uncomment them out. 

Anyways, it will work. 

I'm going to wait for quozl's? e-mail before I send a
patch so I'll know what kind of patch to send.
